Review: I had my 2003 330ci and my 2017 cadillac detailed and again Diamond and John did an exceptional job. so well i have been getting offers from those wanting to buy the bmw.when going on the website for diamond detailers…..i noticed a review from a Ms. Baker, let me be very clear, there is no truth to her statement the team at diamond detailers are detailed oriented honest professionals who’s only desire it to make their clients happy and pleased with the task at hand meaning cleaning every corner crevice of your car. i myself don’t appreciate her small talk i have been there while other clients are seeing the end results of their car after it has been cleaned. it’s obvious she has nothing better to do then to post small take like this frackin- nackal bull . that deserves no response but i could not hold back from this ignorance

Review: From the moment I walked into Encore Detailing’s immaculate facility and was greeted by the friendly and helpful Miss Z, I had every confidence that having my car detailed for the first time there would be a good experience. And it certainly was! In fact, it far exceeded my expectations. From Frank patiently explaining the service options and specifics before giving me an estimate, to his going above and beyond on my basic full-service detail as well as some additional service requests, I could not have been more pleased. I especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and driver Don, who was a pleasant guy with careful driving skills. Before picking up my car, I waited in the customer lounge area so Frank could be sure everything was perfect before bringing it around. This area was comfortable, tidy, beautifully theme-decorated, and offered complimentary beverages.Katie very kindly checked in on me several times to be sure I was comfortable.It’s clear that the entire team here takes great pride in its work and makes every effort to satisfy its customers. I am enjoying my sparkling car, which really does look like I just drove it off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Encore Detailing!

Review: I have had my car detailed here several times and am always impressed with the level of detail and quality of service. My car comes out as clean as it was when I first bought it. Every corner and seam of the interior is clean and the paint shines and looks fresh. They are very convenient and quick too. I always drop my car off in the morning and its ready by the time I’m off work. Definitely a quality detailing service, over and above what you can clean on your own.

Review: I rarely write reviews for any service, but I just had to write this one because Diamond Detail does great work! I own a Hyundai Sonata and purchased the Full Detail Package. The car’s been looking pretty rough on the outside and inside, so I decided to go whole hog on it. What an amazing experience. Jeff and Charlie were very professional and courteous the entire time. Charlie does amazing interior work and Jeff’s minor paint correction work is superb! I had a few light scratches all over my car and almost none of them remain! There’s one spot Jeff tried his best, but just couldn’t get, and he said up front it would be a tough fix. I couldn’t be happier with my car. The paint is smoother than ever (even compared to the day I picked the car up from the dealer) and the interior is spotless! I could eat off the floor mats! I also took my wife’s car to DD to get a New Car Package on it. Once again, the work is amazing! The paint is so smooth! Better then when we picked it up from the dealer a week prior!

Review: I have used Diamond Detail since 2005, always got great details and awesome customer service. Not this time though. Last week I left my SUV with them to get the full $320.00 Detail. I had this done to the same vehicle two years ago. I left it there at 9:30 am and was told I could pick it up around 6 pm or so. I got there 6:30pm. It was dark outside. It looks good, until I drive to go to dinner two miles away and can see significant paint chips and scratches on my hood that were not there when I brought it in. I specifically said to John, please do not leave my vehicle outside where they are doing construction on a self storage place, because I do not want paint chips or scratches to my vehicle. They were not there when I brought my SUV in. I felt like there was attitude when I said this so I did not take my vehicle back the next day. I did take pictures and now have cooled down enough to talk with the owner who is Chuck not Jason, as seen in another review who also got his vehicle back with paint chips. I have several vehicles that I have brought to Diamond Detail on a regular basis. Not anymore. Their detail excellence has gone down the drain and so has their customer service. $320 Full detail, I should have gotten my SUV back in pristine condition, now it needs the body shop. Just terrible.BGH Baltimore Maryland
