Review: From start to finish Lucky’s Hand Car Wash was an outstanding experience.Discussing the process and scheduling with Destiny, Diane walking me through how she was personally going to make my car look like new again, and finally Kristina, who overseas and manages this location, made my experience at Lucky’s the best experience I could have asked for. They stuck by their words and transformed my car (2012 Mazda) into what looks like a 2022 Mazda. I am in my vehicle a lot and for me it must be neat and clean, and these ladies made me love my car all over again!!!I also had the chance to speak with Lucky himself and found him to be very honest, open, and willing to do whatever it would take to earn my business. As long as I’m in driving distance I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.Thank you all for making this experience seamless and going that extra mile. Review: Went to Lucky’s yesterday to get a basic in and out clean of my car. It was my first time there. Waited there for a little over two hours and it was well worth it! Brittany made my Josephine look brand new. And the fragrance they used inside was not overpowering at all. It did feel a little slippery, like everything was wiped with oil but I didn’t mind and it went away after two minutes. Overall, everyone I interacted was respectful and nice. Great customer service through and through. Definitely am going back.

Review: This will be my go-to detailed from now on! Took my car yesterday and I was amazed and shocked by how clean my car was. I mean they had my car cleaner than when I bought it and I bought it brand new! It was impeccable when they finished with it. Customer service was top tier!!!
