Review: My son‘s car was compromised after leaving the sunroof open during a rain storm then sitting for 3 weeks at the dealership. Mike and Mike’s was recommended to us. Mike Sr. picked up on the first ring. He made it work so that they could come out the next day to our house to give the car the TLC and remediation it needed. It looks better than when we bought it. The best part was the great communication between the father and the son with us the entire time. We highly recommend Mike and Mike’s. I was so impressed, I’m headed across town today for a car wash and vacuum of my own.

Review: My experience with this business was unfortunately disappointing… mainly with the owner and the way he lacked care and fairness in my opinionI initially reached out due to the consistent 5 star reviews…sadly that was not my experience… wonder if these reviews are true??1. There’s not detail of prices for services online… so I called to get a quote for service. He quoted me $425 for a full service detail with pet hair removal… this is with me driving to his location2. I had my brother call for a quote… the only differences were my brother had a luxury car, Mike was willing to come to his home for service and my brother is a man (I assume)… somehow his quote was in the $300 range… why I wonder for the same exact service WITH Mike driving to his home… makes no senseWhen my brother and I showed up to pickup my car… I of course mentioned this and negotiated the fair price which was quoted to my brother. Instead of Mike honoring this and being honest… he habitually spoke over me to justify his shady behavior. He lied to my face and my brother’s face followed by aggressive and rude comments calling me “difficult” or a “tough one”. I’m neither difficult or tough… but I will challenge seemingly unfair, biased and sexist behavior. Mike offered a terrible business practice and I will not be returningOverall, the service was ok; mediocre at best. Yes the dog hair was removed from my car… but there were spots missed that I had to point out to be rectified and streaks on my windshield/exterior. Once I got home I noticed dog hair still on my ceiling… pics attached below. It also smelled like they cleaned/steamed with day old musty water… For someone up-charging so much and trying to justify their shady business… I expected to pick up a car with zero issues, fresh smelling, and no feedback to be given. In the end, I was overcharged and taken advantage of, lied to, minimized, ridiculed and unsatisfiedWould not recommend this business and if you do use their services, get multiple quotes… and if you’re a woman… it may be in your best interest to have a man represent you and negotiate for you. How sad men are still taking advantage of women in 2024 then blaming her when they’re called out for low quality characterKeep the free car washes you offered… won’t be coming anywhere near you and your lack luster business

Review: Mr Mike was great. I had to leave my truck for a few hours and he offered to take me home and bring me back to pick my truck up and he even stayed late to make sure I got my truck the same day. Him and his guys were very respectful and professional. Definitely will return. Thanks again.

Review: Two gentlemen came to my house and detailed my car. They did an extremely good job. All the little interior scuffs are gone, the windows are very clean, and the exterior is shining like it hasn’t for a very long time. I would recommend this company and will use them again myself.
