Review: Avoid at all costs. Earlier this month, I decided to use the Montgomery Village Car Wash, and it turned out to be a terrible decision. During the wash, the machine punctured my tire, leaving me stranded for 4 hours. What’s worse, not a single staff member was willing to assist or help me contact the owner or manager. I have clear video and photographic evidence of the entire incident. They proceeded to close shop & completely turn their back on me.When I called the car wash afterward to get more information and resolve the issue, they hung up on me and ignored my voicemail to call back. This is completely unacceptable customer service. To add insult to injury, I wasn’t even refunded for the car wash that caused damage to my vehicle and came out of pocket over $1000 to resolve everything because I needed two fresh tires for my AWD system along with mounting.This organization clearly does not value its customers or take responsibility for their equipment’s failures. I strongly urge everyone to avoid Montgomery Village Car Wash and find a more reputable place for your car washing needs. Save yourself the hassle and potential damage.

Review: You have to watch them and make them wipe down properly, they just don’t care. They r too in a rush to get you out even with no car in the que. The wash lane is very bad so they compensate by having two guys wash the car b4 it enters the wash lane. They r ok, but with good management n supervision they could do a whole lot better. Supervisor should be fired.

Review: Do a very good job of cleaning your car inside and out at reasonable prices; even cheaper than other bigger named car washes. My only complaint is that they don’t offer a subscription where you could save some money on regular car washes. If i have a subscription, I would go every week. As it stands now with no subscription savings, I only go one to two times a month. Besides that, great service at good prices.

Review: I paid for the most expensive experience and they didn’t give me that full experience. When I complained about it they disregarded me until I got the owners attention. And the owner was very rude when I complained.Besides that they didn’t even wipe down all counters and windows properly and they were still dirty. I did not get my moneys worth and would not recommend this place at all.

Review: This car wash is conveniently located. I always tip 20%. I used to love taking my car to the Montgomery Village car wash. However, the last two times I went to this car wash they used wet and dirty towels to dry off my car and it streaked my windows terribly. I was really disappointed but I didn’t go back because I didn’t have time. I’ve given them a couple different chances and now I have stopped using them. They are friendly and they’re very fast. Possibly they need to slow down and make sure that they’re doing a better job during the drying process.
