Review: I brought my car here July of 2023. They informed me of a time the car would be ready. They later called me to tell me the car would be ready an hour later, I waited at the office for another hour on top of the delay and finally asked what the hold up was because my husband had another appointment. A technician brought my car out, the interior was still wet and so was the outside. The job was rushed even after being on site all day and taking longer than expected. Fast forward a few weeks, my paint on the roof of my car started chipping and progressively got worst. Now a really big portion of my paint is gone. My car is only a few yearsOld and its the first and ONLY time I’ve ever gotten a detailing service. I selected this place due to the great reviews. I wasn’t going to say anything but I was advised to write a review because of how bad the paint chipping has gotten. I will be reaching out to a lawyer and I hope to save someone’s care from this ): Attached is what the chipping looks like a year later.

Review: This is my first time using a mobile detailing service. George came out on time and was nothing but pleasant! He even remembered to text instead of knocking on the door bc of our nervous dog.My car is spotless and all the nooks/crannies were meticulously cleaned. I am a yoga/group fitness instructor so the driver’s seat can get kinda gross (lol) and it looks as good as new!I will definitely be using them again! Thank you 🙂

Review: I had a very disappointing experience with this car detailing company. First, they were late to my appointment, which set the tone for the rest of the service. I requested a full exterior detail, expecting them to remove minor scratches as promised. Unfortunately, they did more harm than good. I inspected my vehicle beforehand, knowing it had some dents and deep scratches, but they managed to chip the paint in new areas.To make matters worse, the car wasn’t even fully dry when they handed it back to me. The grill wasn’t properly cleaned either, which should be a basic part of any detailing service. Honestly, they should remove the word “detail” from their name because what they provided was more like a simple, subpar wash. It was definitely not worth the price.

Review: Did a great job on detailing the exterior of my BMW. The car really popped when they drove it out for me to take home. Super easy to communicate with and friendly, cordial, and very competent when discussing details of the work. Their Annapolis Junction, MD location is very convenient for my work and their shuttle service to/from my work site made this a no-brainer. So glad to meet and work with Earl. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.
