Review: I recently visited a car wash and was impressed with the service. They did a great job cleaning my car and paid special attention to my rims, which were covered in dirt. The staff used high-quality products and worked diligently to make my rims look brand new. I was really pleased with the results and will be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Review: I have caught them cheating me twice. Charging me for the #3 , but not spraying on wax a few times. Told manager and he nonchalantly reduced my price. Went recently for #4 where they do hand wax which is double price for #3 and had to remind them to wax the top of my suv when they drove it out like it was done. Drove off and saw so many things they didn’t do. Unethical guys….ripoff for sure. Watch them and reconsider tipping

Review: They way they take attention to detail to a whole other level here is amazing. My rims were always dirty after trying other hand wash places in Laurel, MD…but not after coming here. Everything was CLEAN, CLEAN. They even did a fabulous job with restoring cloudy headlights. The owner is a hard working and fair business owner. If you want your car done RIGHT…LOOK NO FURTHER!!

Review: I’ve been doing business with Plaza Car Wash for about a year now, and my last few scenarios have been terrible. The lack of effort the detailers put into drying the excess water around my car is poor, which leaves multiple dry spots around my car that can damage the paint. When I voice a concern to the detailer that washed my car, there’s usually a communication barrier and sometimes and I’ll receive attitude from one of them if I feel like something hasn’t been done right.
