Review: TL;DR: I would NOT recommend this business for PPF (paint protection film); I cannot speak for their detailing service as I did not use them for that. Please get a written contract with this business.I made the unfortunate mistake of booking a PPF application and I have regretted it ever since.It was my mistake for not having a written contract with this business as they used a verbal contract against me with absolutely no written follow up, aftercare, or anything; they expect you to remember everything. I had made an appointment for PPF application during the winter (another big mistake) and after the work was done, I noticed bubbles and even a hair stuck underneath the film, which I mentioned to them and I was told to come back during the summer (but they argued that there was a 3 month warranty and a deadline of May). They also said that with hotter weather, the bubbles would settle, which they never did.I waited until August 2023 because I wanted to give a fair chance for the PPF to settle without contacting them, but it never improved and a rim of the debris has stuck to this exposed layer of glue that wasn’t noticeable in the beginning. I attached pictures.I contacted them expressing my disapproval and it was a constant back & forth to, now, silence, which is incredibly upsetting. I requested a refund & they only provided a partial refund, citing that the verbal contract holds (again = 3 month warranty and deadline was May). I genuinely did not want to write such a negative review, but I have been met with no sort of communication to give me an update or anything.Ultimately, this business did not satisfy my expectations and I’ll likely never get my money back.
