Review: I brought my BMW X5 to The Car Guys for a paint touch-up, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only did they do an incredible job with the paint, but they also nano-sealed and detailed the car and restored the headlights. Review: Walked up and spent 5 minutes being ignored while asking for help. After asking an employee with his back to the door for help 5 times, I was berated for entering the “shop” with flip flops on and questioned about my appearance. After I excused myself and began to leave, they suddenly became very interested in me as a customer once they saw my car.It’s too bad, as all 4 of my cars need their annual detailing and ceramic coating.

Review: All around terrible experience- car was not done on time and the work done was less than promised. When it was the end of the week and our pickup window came and went and the car was still not done, I called and left a message explaining we were heading out of town for the weekend and could not get the car at this point until Sunday. I was called back late Friday night and yelled at by the owner because he’d had a stressful day of “emergency details” and our car was half done and he was upset that it wasn’t done but somehow this was my fault because we couldn’t pick up Saturday (heaven forbid we make out-of-town plans and not plan our weekend around his schedule) and then proceeded to do a shoddy job of the detail ignoring half of what my husband asked for. Never again.
