Review: It should not take an hour for a car wash. I have been coming here for years and yes they are usually packee but fast. Today it took me an hour from start to finish to get a car wash. I carved out 30 m thinking I would be done, but took an hour today. Not sure whats going on or if they just need some more stagf but they need to put in somework to get it fixed. Now, they make you pay before they start your car so you cant even leave. Like we have nothing else to do all day. I am far from a complainer, this was just a very poor use of time and very inconsiderate ! Do better and I will update my review ! Took a picture to showyou its not an hour worth of cars here today

Review: I went this Saturday and got there before they opened it was about six cars ahead of me. I would never go there again they did a horrible job. I have a brand new SUV and they left a scratch on my hood. The windows you you literally see the rag smears so I had to go home and clean my windows myself. They also left water marks and spots all over the vehicle. The only reason that they received a two star is because at least they did wash it. I paid for their best wash package. That was a waste of money.

Review: This new management and service suck. Somehow they managed to ruin the best car wash in the city. This atmosphere feels cold and as basic as the lack of services now.

Review: If I could give this place zero stars, I would! This used to be a wonderful, small, family-run car wash that took pride in its work and offered fair prices. Since Washworks took over, it’s become a completely different place, and not in a good way.The prices have skyrocketed, which might be justifiable if the quality of the service improved, but unfortunately, it’s gone downhill. My car came out looking like it had barely been washed—spots, streaks, and even dirt that should have been easy to remove were still there. It’s as if they’re rushing through the job without any attention to detail.The personal touch that made this place special is completely gone. The staff seem disinterested and rushed, and the overall experience just feels impersonal and corporate. It’s clear that Washworks is more interested in maximizing profits than in providing a quality service. They’ve sacrificed the quality and care that once made this place great, all in the name of making a quick buck. I would definitely not recommend this place anymore.

Review: My experience here was terrible first it took over 20 minutes to get some service the young guy kept walking by my car then once my car came out the guy locked my keys in the car I asked them to keep a ride around the corner to get my spare they said that they couldn’t. I had to be to work at 3:00 pm couldn’t do that cause I had to wait for my home girl to drive from the Golden Ring area to my house to get my.keys and after all of that they refused to give me a refund horrible first experience and last
